As you may have seen in the news, the e-cigarette industry is now regulated in the UK and across the EU. The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is an updated version of an EU directive. The main goal of these regulations is to promote product safety and to make consumers aware that they are purchasing products that contain nicotine. In addition to this, the regulations are in place to ensure that only people over 18+ are purchasing and using e-cigarettes and e-cigarette related products. However, this may seem more like a new-age prohibition.

What this means to you
There may be less e-liquid flavours and devices available in the market as smaller companies may not be able to meet or comply with the strict regulations.
E-cigarette devices will have a change in branding appearance, they will be sold as a whole unit with a limited ability to customise and they will include a standardised refill mechanism to promote safety.
All cartridges, pod systems and tanks will be limited to 2ml capacity of e-liquid.
Sales overseas will be regulated throughout Europe BUT not banned. Please ensure that you check with your local customs if you are planning to make a purchase from us.
However, the EU is reserving the right to ban e-cigarettes if 3 member states deem the products to be harmful. This is enough to make it illegal.
